F1 Health LLC operates AutoBenefit1.com (“AutoBenefit1,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AutoBenefit1.com, our auto-information resources, registration and support forms, communications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Services

AutoBenefit1 provides general consumer information concerning automobiles, auto coverage, insurance-related concepts, savings opportunities, driver topics, and related products or services. AutoBenefit1 and F1 Health LLC are not insurance companies, insurance agencies, brokers, or licensed insurance producers. We do not issue, underwrite, sell, solicit, negotiate, bind, or guarantee insurance coverage.

Information on the site is general information only and is not insurance, legal, financial, or professional advice. Coverage, pricing, eligibility, underwriting, availability, and legal requirements vary by provider and jurisdiction.

2. Registration and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use registration or messaging features. When submitting information, you agree to provide accurate information that belongs to you or that you are authorized to provide. Registration is not an insurance application and does not create or bind insurance coverage.

3. SMS program terms

AutoBenefit1 uses separate SMS consent choices. The account/service SMS choice covers recurring service, request follow-up, customer-care, and account-related messages. The separate marketing/promotional SMS choice covers recurring marketing and promotional messages about auto coverage and insurance-related information, driver or vehicle-related offers or alerts, savings opportunities, promotions, and related products or services.

Both SMS choices are optional and unchecked by default. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase, registration, or receiving requested auto information. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided, or otherwise have authority to consent. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to an AutoBenefit1 text to opt out. You may also use our Opt Out page or email [email protected]. A one-time confirmation may be sent after an opt-out request.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Service providers may process information as needed to provide messaging, hosting, support, security, or other requested services, subject to our Privacy Notice.

4. Email communications

When you submit a registration or support request, we may send email reasonably related to your request, including acknowledgements, follow-up information, customer-care communications, and communications otherwise permitted by law. Promotional email may include an unsubscribe method.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not misuse the site, submit information you are not authorized to provide, interfere with security or operations, impersonate another person, or use the Services to violate law or the rights of others.

6. Third-party offers and links

The Services may refer or link to third-party products, providers, insurers, agencies, services, resources, or offers. Third parties are independent from AutoBenefit1 and F1 Health LLC. We do not control their pricing, eligibility, underwriting, coverage, availability, service decisions, privacy practices, or terms, and we do not guarantee any third-party product, savings, approval, or result.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, particular savings, pricing, availability, eligibility, coverage, or suitability for a specific purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, F1 Health LLC and AutoBenefit1 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, design, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for lawful personal purposes but may not reproduce or exploit protected material without permission except as permitted by law.

9. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services or these Terms as our practices, technology, or legal requirements change. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
